Domino's Pizza
Prestop supplies order kiosks to Domino's Pizza in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Australia and New Zealand. These kiosks reduce human contact when ordering, allowing staff more time to prepare pizzas. Domino's confirms that the kiosks lead to 25% more sales and higher average spending per guest, while helping with more efficient staffing and lower monthly costs. The kiosks avoid crowding at the checkout and generate additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling. This results in a significant increase in sales at all branches.
Prénatal Italy and the Netherlands
Prénatal, founded in 1959, is today the largest specialist in mother and child products with stores across the Netherlands, including megastores, city stores, and a webshop. Prestop provided interactive solutions for their omnichannel strategy, including order kiosks, and extended this to all stores in the Netherlands and Italy. Customers can use the order kiosks to scan products, order, and pay directly. Prestop handled everything, from hardware to planning and organizing the rollout.
In practice, customers use the order kiosks to view Prénatal's complete assortment and order items not in stock in the store. They also often order a complete baby outfit and have it delivered to their home for free.
Bakker Bart
The biggest bakery in the Netherlands, Prestop's Evolution order kiosks make ordering in the bakery easy. With a large 32-inch screen, barcode scanner, receipt printer and license plate holder, they provide a clear interface for customers. S4D's advanced software makes ordering effortless, including scanning coupons for special offers. Customers receive an instant receipt as confirmation and are quickly served at the table.
