Double-sided order kiosks for Domino's pizza bring in more sales

The chosen kiosk was developed in cooperation with Domino's. All these Domino's are equipped with a double-sided Evolution kiosk. We opted for a print behind the glass and the sides are lit by LED. For the payments we chose Adyen. Of course, you can also view the kiosk in our Experience Center or via a live stream demo.

Advantages order kiosks for Domino's

With the help of order kiosks, there will be less human contact during the ordering and the contact will shift to welcoming customers and issuing orders. This leaves more time for preparing the pizzas. Domino's is also using the kiosks because it has been proven that an order kiosk generates significantly more turnover because there are many more side sales.

Many more drinks and desserts are ordered from the kiosk. The chosen kiosk has been developed in cooperation with Domino's. We opted for a print behind the glass and the sides are illuminated by LEDs. Adyen was chosen for the payments.

Behind the (touch)screens

The kiosk software developed for Domino's is a tailor-made solution that can be found in Domino's stores all over Europe. All available products in the shop and on the website are also available on the kiosk. Customers can scroll through all menu categories and order pizzas, snacks, shakes, and more and customize them to their taste with the ingredient selector as customers are used to from Domino's. It is automatically updated every night and runs offline. Only the order and payment are made online.

When the customer has compiled their order, they can pay using the built-in pin terminal of Adyen, which supports all common payment methods. After payment, the order is passed on to the store concerned using the Domino's API, it also appears on the in-store queue screen, and they immediately start working on the order.

In addition to the hardware, Prestop also supplies, in collaboration with application specialists, the ordering application and the cash register connections with, among others, BORK, Lightspeed L, Lightspeed K, Untill, Gasttrofix, MplusKassa, MrWinston, Trivec, Nuvopos, Twelve, Vectron, Cashdesk, NCR Aloha, GreePOS, Oracle, Micros and VJA Software.
