Prestop speaks at 'staff shortage' theme meetingWednesday 18 May 2022
Busy theme day of VCHO
Staff shortages are a current problem in every industry, including the hospitality industry. The Association of Chinese-Asian Hospitality Entrepreneurs (VCHO) devoted a theme meeting to this on Tuesday, May 17 in Almere. During this meeting, a number of companies presented their solutions for the personnel shortage to the members of the VHCO. The VCHO is the largest trade organization for Chinese hospitality entrepreneurs in the Netherlands and promotes the interests of the Asian hospitality sector. The VCHO also fulfills an important role in advising their members.
Alexander Aelberts, CEO of Prestop, presented Prestop's solutions in the form of order kiosks in combination with ordering software on this day. Working with an order kiosk relieves the pressure on personnel because the ordering and payment process is taken out of their hands. A major additional advantage is that practice shows that your turnover increases significantly because you can easily add up-sell and cross-sell options.
