Owner Tim Elfring found us via Google and what appealed to him was the look and feel of the page, which looked good at first glance. He was also very enthusiastic about our quick response. Getting in touch with several parties + arranging the hardware.
It was nice for him to see that we knew exactly what was needed to put an order kiosk in the field. His main reason for getting a self-service kiosk was efficiency in his shop, fewer hands needed. A nice side note is that he can add a lot of upselling and that he has seen statistics that people order an average of 20% more with an ordering kiosk. He expects that the order kiosk will be well used and that he has made the right investment.
