Phood Kitchen opens 'The Healthy Canteen' with Prestop food ordering kiosk

Phood kitchen is a platform where unprocessed food is the norm. This means health-promoting meals, locally sourced from regenerative city farms: Plant-rich and organic, pH+ (alkaline) food.
They opened a new location in Eindhoven on 12 March. It is enriched with a 27" Evolution order kiosk which allows the staff to fully focus on preparing the food and providing good service. Prestop's secure browser SiteKiosk runs the ordering software of our partner Jamezz. In addition, the kiosk has beautiful RGD LEDs on the edges and stickers for that extra branding and conspicuousness. There is a receipt printer and a three-year Remote Support for the PC for convenience.
Experiences so far
Owner Tim Elfring found us via Google and what appealed to him was the look and feel of the page, which looked good at first glance. He was also very enthusiastic about our quick response. Getting in touch with several parties + arranging the hardware.
It was nice for him to see that we knew exactly what was needed to put an order kiosk in the field. His main reason for getting a self-service kiosk was efficiency in his shop, fewer hands needed. A nice side note is that he can add a lot of upselling and that he has seen statistics that people order an average of 20% more with an ordering kiosk. He expects that the order kiosk will be well used and that he has made the right investment.
