Advantages of barcode scanners

By making a link with a barcode scanner, a barcode can be read and a search can be performed on the desired website, which is displayed securely with SiteKiosk. For example, customer or product information can be displayed immediately after a scan, which speeds up the ordering process. In addition, showing other or alternative products provides more upsell.

A barcode scanner is usually used to scan a product with a barcode, but it is also possible to scan qr codes, customer cards, discount coupons, incentives and boarding passes.
