Custom Order kiosks

An ordering kiosk is often used as a self-ordering kiosk in QSRs such as McDonald's, KFC, Domino's, Dunkin Donuts, and retail. These kiosks are also increasingly used in company restaurants, but also amusement parks and experience centres such as the Heineken Experience. Examples of custom-made solutions for Heineken are the ticket order kiosks and the kiosks for the Bottle Your Own application. Another example is the self-service check-out kiosks produced for ISS.

Self-service kiosks at ISS Catering Services

Prestop has developed a self-service kiosk for ISS that can be placed on a counter. This kiosk is equipped with a 24" PCAP touchscreen (edge-to-edge glass), barcode scanner, pin terminal, printer (connected via the cloud), and a Chromebox. The kiosks are landscape so that the SKF app is displayed properly. Through the self-service kiosk, customers can quickly scan and/or select products and pay directly. If desired, a receipt can be printed.

Heineken

For more than 8 years, Prestop has been the supplier of many interactive applications for the Heineken Experience Amsterdam. Not only can you order a bottle of beer with your own label at the Bottle Your Own, but you can also order tickets in the lobby through the ticket ordering kiosk.

The kiosks are made of stainless steel and equipped with edge-to-edge touch glass which makes the touchscreens very easy to keep clean.
