Erasmus MC uses poster solution for medical congress.
The Erasmus Medical Center organized a congress on health care and (bio)medical sciences. The exchange and bringing together of information was pivotal in this regard. At the event visitors and scientists were informed about the latest developments and research studies within particular medical fields. To convey this information efficiently and with appeal, Prestop was called upon.

Point at issue
Erasmus MC was looking for clear and direct communication using bulletin posters. Prestop was asked to advise on the best way of achieving this.
Prestop's solution.
Prestop proposed to display the posters digitally on 55" mounted touchscreens. With the digital poster solution with the BrochureRequest application users of the interactive poster kiosk were able to mail themselves the poster of their choice, as a PDF file.
Day to day operations.
Rewardingly, visitors utilized the options the digital poster kiosks had to offer. In total ten 55" mounted touchscreens were positioned to give everyone the opportunity to browse or request the posters of their choice. Apart from the fact that this service was much appreciated, by working paper-free Erasmus MC was able to sustainably share its information with the visitors.
