SooTea Amsterdam reopens with self-service kiosks from Prestop
Entrepreneur women Cindy Lee, Zitong Yang, and Daisy Zhang have created a beverage brand mixing modern youth culture with healthy, trendy bubble tea products with a strong sense of creativity and originality. SooTea has always wanted to offer its customers a faster and easier way to order their favorite drinks. With the city's growing crowds and the desire to improve the overall customer experience, SooTea decided to install two 32-inch Evolution self-service kiosks on the wall. They recently remodeled their downtown Amsterdam café and now have two 32-inch Evolution self-service kiosks!
Ease of use and customer friendliness
The kiosks are designed with the customer in mind. They are intuitive and easy to use, thanks in part to software from our partner Scanfie, even for those who are not very tech-savvy. This has significantly improved SooTea's customer-friendliness.

With the introduction of self-service kiosks, SooTea has improved its efficiency. Orders are processed more quickly, resulting in increased sales and profitability.
