Prestop presents the self-service kiosk at the Future Travel Experience in Singapore, 12 and 13 November, at booth D1. The event is Asia’s biggest free to attend passenger experience and business performance expo and is expected to attract more than 2000 attendees from across the air transport industry.
Self-service information kiosks - the omnichannel solution for airports
Together with RIFF, 24Sessions, Gen25 and M2Mobi we are showcasing the Passenger Service – the omnichannel airport solution. With this solution, passengers are able to get flight information, access wayfinding and get to FAQ and answers. And if the questions are more complex, the passenger is able to start a video chat, start a WhatsApp or Messenger chat with a Schiphol employee. If extra assistance is necessary a mobile personal assistant (MPA) will come to the passenger to give further assistance.
