Prestop attends Asia's leading airline and airport expo | FTE-APEX Asia ExpoTuesday 12 November 2019
Prestop presents the self-service kiosk at the Future Travel Experience in Singapore, 12 and 13 November, at booth D1. The event is Asia’s biggest free to attend passenger experience and business performance expo and is expected to attract more than 2000 attendees from across the air transport industry.
Self-service information kiosks - the omnichannel solution for airports
Together with RIFF, 24Sessions, Gen25 and M2Mobi we are showcasing the Passenger Service – the omnichannel airport solution. With this solution, passengers are able to get flight information, access wayfinding and get to FAQ and answers. And if the questions are more complex, the passenger is able to start a video chat, start a WhatsApp or Messenger chat with a Schiphol employee. If extra assistance is necessary a mobile personal assistant (MPA) will come to the passenger to give further assistance.
Interactive Live Stream
You are always welcome at the largest Interactive Experience Center in Europe, but for now only via remote Skype, Zoom or Teams connection. Via more than 16 webcams we will let you watch live demos given by the presenters at a safe distance from each other. Our product managers stream along with you from home to answer all questions live about the more than 60 interactive solutions. Solutions that can be deployed during this crisis, but of course immediately after.
