Prestop ordering kiosks at Schiphol
As of today, passengers in the Perfumes &Cosmetics shop in Lounge 2 can also order their perfume, skincare or make-up products digitally. Kappé is introducing Order Kiosks as an extra service for its customers.
This pilot project will enable them to gain experience in responding as effectively as possible to the wishes and expectations of their customers concerning digital services.
Kappé will use the pilot to develop the digital services further, and shortly, in collaboration with Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, they will look into the possibility of using them outside the stores on a larger scale.
How does the service work?
Travellers can use the order kiosk to look for their desired products, obtain information and place their orders without going through the entire store. After confirming their order, it will be delivered to the special service checkout, where the customer takes delivery and pays for the order. In a subsequent phase, the payment option will also be present on the order kiosk to further optimize the service element for the customer. The kiosks will be equipped with several exciting features and functions in the future.
For the passengers, they now have an excellent promotion; when ordering via the order kiosks, you get an extra 5% discount. Check out the video below for an impression!
