Daniel Dunk from Prénatal is an ecommerce manager. After a visit to the Interactive Experience Center at Prestop, we knew for sure that we wanted to place order kiosks in the stores."
Order kiosk with scanner and payment terminal
They have opted for a Prestop order kiosk with a 24” PCAP edge-to-edge touchscreen with built-in barcode scanner and payment terminal. Customers can scan articles via the kiosk in order to view the relevant product page via the webshop and have the option to order articles and pay directly. Customers can also email the product page (the URL) to themselves and sign up for the newsletter via the registration form.
Everything arranged by Prestop
For Prénatal it is important that everything is done by one party. Prestop takes care of everything, the hardware, skin design and safe display of webshop with SiteKiosk, link with payment terminal and barcode scanner, support and management of order kiosks. For Prénatal we even provided the planning and organization for the total rollout of the kiosks.
We have now started to provide 46 Prénatal stores in the Netherlands with a Prestop order kiosk.
