Kappé's stores at Schiphol, operating under the Shopping at Schiphol name, have been a guaranteed of luxury and customer experience since 1950. Better service and more ordering convenience with ordering kiosks
In order to provide customers with even better service and allow them to easily order their luxury products, Kappé has expanded its service with Prestop order kiosks. Without having to walk through the entire store, travelers can use the order kiosk to look up their desired products, obtain information and order. After confirming their order, it will be delivered to the special service kiosk, where the customer will take delivery and pay for the order. In a next phase, the payment option will also be present on the order kiosk to further optimize the service element for the customer.
In the future, the kiosks will be equipped with more interesting features and functions. Keep an eye on it!
Interactive Experience Center.
Prestop has the largest Interactive Experience Center in Europe. Also now you are welcome in our Interactive Experience Center, at Ekkersrijt 4611 in Son en Breugel. We also give digital tours via Skype, Zoom or Teams. Via more than 16 webcams we let you watch live and let you "walk with" our specialists through our Interactive Experience Center. The images are shown live via multiple camera positions and you can ask questions directly from home. Questions about our interactive solutions, but also how we see the future. Solutions that can be used immediately during and after this crisis.
