Design and production of outdoor columns by Prestop that match the futuristic building of AFAS Clubhuis and AFAS Theater.

On November 16, 2020, after three years, the construction of the AFAS Clubhouse was completed. Because it was only allowed to receive guests and staff again in the summer of this year, it was found that the outside signage does not make it clear where the guests should report and can park.

It was therefore Herman Zondag who asked Prestop on Friday afternoon to see with him immediately after the weekend whether we could design, build and install two outdoor columns that not only serve as signage, but also the nameplate, various signs and even the letterbox. to replace.

A tour of the imposing complex, as well as an accurate study of the imposing buildings and of which they are constructed, gave Prestop sufficient insight to present a design within 1 week. It hit right away. It stayed with this one design!

The outdoor columns, which will be fitted with a high-brightness monitor in October, are not only beautifully designed from the front, but the sides and the back fit perfectly with the building designed by the architect Steef van der Veldt.
