At various locations at the airports, travelers have the ability to look up details about their flights, consult maps and view the most common questions and their corresponding answers. In situation where the questions or issues are complicated, or if the traveler requires further assistance, they can interact with an airport employee via a video call connection. If necessary, a mobile assistance provider will come to the traveler to provide immediate on-site assistance.
