Register yourself for the Self Service Week!

Self Service Week

You have no doubt already used an order kiosk to order a hamburger at McDonald's or a pizza at Domino's. Other examples of self-service applications are the self-scanning checkout at Wibra, the webshop kiosk at Bijenkorf, check-in solutions at The Chocolate Factory Noordkade in Veghel, a passenger experience kiosk at Schiphol Airport, or logging in via a digital reception desk.

Learn from the experiences of companies already using and implementing self service.

During the Self Service Week, we take you through the (im)possibilities of deploying kiosks for your organization.

Meet more than 45 diverse solutions in one space.

The Self Service Week will be held at Prestop's Experience Center. In addition to a “market stall” of various tech specialists, you will find more than 45 diverse solutions in this beautiful location at the largest manufacturer of self-service solutions and interactive applications—unique in the world.

On Tuesday, the focus is on customer support and experience. Gertjan Bluemink of Schiphol Airport will give a comprehensive presentation on the transition from manned counters to information kiosks with video chat features, scanners, and interactive wayfinding. A speaker from Peripass will explain how logistics companies can use driver check-in kiosks to check in in their own language.

Speakers include Gertjan Bluemink of Schiphol Airport, a speaker from Peripass, Valk Exclusive, Google ChromeOS, and Alexander Aelberts of Prestop.

Self Order Kiosks

This day will focus on placing orders via an order kiosk and checking out through a self-checkout. Among other things, Jop van Sommeren, employed by Bakker Bart, will emphasize that a false start does not mean that a successful rollout of order kiosks is impossible. Mathijs from Wibra will indicate that a self-scanning checkout is not applicable in every store.

Speakers include Mathijs Eijbaard from Wibra, Jop van Sommeren from Bakker Bart, a representative from Mollie, one from Domino's, and Alexander Aelberts from Prestop.
