Order kiosks in 17 shops Voetbalshop
Voetbalshop's seventeen stores are all equipped with order kiosks. These kiosks are of the Eminent model, with a 24-inch touchscreen in landscape mode and a 43-inch screen in portrait mode for displaying information. Prestop helped the client implement SiteKiosk and Buckaroo's API. Soccer Shop controls the screen's content through Zetadisplay's digital signage application.
The arrangement of the store kiosks follows a shop-in-shop idea, with each kiosk placed in a specific store area dedicated to football-related products. This allows customers to easily navigate and make their purchases within a particular assortment while being immersed in the atmosphere of soccer. This arrangement not only maximizes shopping efficiency but also increases customer engagement and creates an engaging and interactive shopping experience that encourages them to stay longer and discover more.
