Touchscreens for operating rooms in Dutch Clinic

Several operating rooms in the Sint Maartenskliniek, a clinic in the Netherlands, now use Prestop touchscreens. Through our reseller Inter Visual Systems, Prestop has installed no less than 28 touchscreens of different sizes in seven operating rooms.

In the operating rooms, Prestop supplied a total of seven 24", seven 65" and no less than fourteen 85" touch screens. The screens have been made interactive with PCAP touch technology by Prestop itself and are built into the wall.

Because these are operating rooms, they are literally seamless, because bacteria can settle in seams. With these screens, the OR team can control everything: from temperature to light, and from displaying X-rays to showing the time remaining until certain specific procedures have been completed.
