Drive-thru solution

Commissioned by a partner, Prestop has produced a Drive-Thru kiosk located at the Drive-Thru of Happy Garden.

Happy Garden is a world cuisine concept from Kampen. The restaurant has 600 seats and a Drive-Thru. Here, customers can order dishes from the car or from home in advance.

This partner supplied the complete kitchen automation and order processing for Happy Garden. This partner makes it possible for guests to order in the business themselves via order kiosks with their product. It is also possible to place an order at a communication kiosk in the Drive-Thru.

The Drive-Thru solution consists of a communication kiosk including a built-in screen and intercom system. The order can be passed on to an operator via the intercom system. This employee enters the order on an order terminal. The order information is displayed in real-time outside on the screen of the communication kiosk. The customer can then drive to the first window to pay and the second window to pick up the order.

By realizing a solution for the Drive-Thru, our partner can now provide a total solution to Quick Service Restaurants such as Happy Garden.
