Wednesday 30 October 2019For the Leyduin country estate - a nature reserve managed by Landschap Noord-Holland in the Netherlands - Prestop has installed a 32" PCAP touchscreen (edge-to-edge glass) in the Kakelye information center. An integrated webcam is located at the top of the touchscreen. The steel housing makes it easy to hang the screen on the wall.
To ensure that the hardware continues to work in all weather conditions, we have placed a heating element in the housing, which controls both the temperature and the ventilation.
From information provision to selfie with forester
The touchscreen is used as a digital information point for the Leyduin country estate. Visitors can view a welcome film, a map and cycling and walking routes. With an interactive quiz, visitors can test their knowledge about the area. And it is possible to take a selfie with the forester.
