Touchscreens at visitor center D'n Liempdsen Herd.
A foundation was set up by the community in Liempde to promote the village and the surrounding area. For example, the foundation wants to keep the village liveable and organizes actions to sponsor their sports clubs, taking part in consultation rounds about traffic situations, and advising on redesigning the village and outlying area. Peter van den Hurk: "We have bought a monumental farm in the village and transformed it into a visitor center. Since October 2017 this national monument from 1876 is called D'n Liempdsen Herd."
Prestop's solution.
Van den Hurk about the touchscreen solutions that were delivered: "Prestop has put a lot of effort into building the touchscreens into the wooden tables. Perfect collaboration on location. The tables are on the hayloft, also an exhibition space. Visitors can use the touchscreens to request information about the farm, about Liempde and its surroundings, the history of our village and the flora and fauna that you encounter here."

Day to day operations.
"In addition to the two touchscreen tables in the hayloft, we now also have an information kiosk for the tourist office. This information kiosk is located below and offers information to tourists about bed & breakfast, cycling routes, etc. At the opening, the touchscreen tables have an enormous impressed, they are completely up-to-date and very useful. In practice we see that people make grateful use of it. Older people often see which way the wind blows, the young people almost run towards it. We are extremely satisfied. "
