Since 23 September 2019, the Amsterdam UMC Imaging Center has been officially open for patients. Visitors and patients can register at the hostess desk or via a registration kiosk upon entering.
Shorter waiting times thanks to registration kiosks
Prestop has installed six registration kiosks to speed up the registration process and reduce queues and waiting times.
Customised registration kiosk
For the Amsterdam UMC Imaging Center, Prestop designed a registration kiosk (which can be attached to a counter) with a 24" PCAP edge-to-edge touchscreen, built-in printer, built-in PC and a lock. The touchscreen is covered with privacy film so that nobody can read personal data if someone is not standing right in front of the kiosk. The paper roll of the printer is also quickly replaceable because the lock is on the front.
