Charlie Chiu introduced the modern Asian fast-service concept to the Netherlands in 1985. After more than 30 years, they continue to innovate their idea. For example, they now have a Prestop total solution for ordering delicious and healthy noodles, sandwiches, and more!
Double-sided order kiosk for relief
Entrepreneur Charlie Chiu needed an order kiosk solution for his restaurant. Among other things, he was facing a staffing problem. We solved that by installing a two-sided Luminant order kiosk for him. This included a PC, receipt printers, and aPIN terminal, all furnished. This kiosk also has RGB LED on the edges and is stickered. In addition, the restaurant has received a customer/kitchen screen where, à la McDonald's, the status of each order can be tracked. With each order, the kitchen gets a notification and printed receipt with the order and order number. Jamezz provided the ordering software that we integrated nicely into the solution.
