Why did Multitube choose Prestop and how did you end up with Prestop?
"We heard about Prestop through other partners. They were very enthusiastic about them, which also prompted us to contact Prestop. After visiting their Interactive Experience Center, we were completely convinced."
Can you describe Multitube's journey at Prestop (problem - consultation - solution)?
"At Multitube, we have a website where customers can find information about our modular systems and get inspiration. We also have a webshop where they can order standard solutions or buy parts to build their own solution. So we offer a wide range of solutions and products. At trade shows, we cannot bring all of our products, so we also like to present it online during an event. With the help of a large screen, this stands out well and attracts the attention of visitors. What makes it extra nice is that we used our own Tube & Joint system to create a kiosk for the touchscreens. We are happy that Prestop was open to this!"
How does Multitube deploy Prestop touchscreens?
"Multitube participates in several European trade shows every year. By using touchscreens during these events, we can attract the attention of visitors and present our solutions and products in a clear way.
When we are not at the fair, the touchscreens can be found in our Experience Center in Weert (Netherlands) and Nottingham (United Kingdom). Customers are welcome to visit our Experience Center to get inspiration and experience the user experience. During these appointments we often also discuss the possibilities through our website and webshop, again using the touchscreens."
How do you like it? Are there already results?
"We are very satisfied with Prestop's touchscreens. They are extremely user-friendly and actually manage to attract visitors' attention during trade shows. This allows us to better engage visitors with Multitube's story and the many possibilities we offer.
Because we cannot bring all of our products to trade shows, we strive to also present them online during events. With the help of a large screen, this stands out well and attracts the attention of visitors."
