Prestop launches equipment for video calls in nursing homes and care centers
More and more residents of nursing homes are no longer allowed to receive visitors because of the coronavirus. This makes it difficult for them to keep in touch with friends and family. Prestop is helping them by making touchscreens and touch tables that are normally used in shops, museums and at trade fairs suitable for video calling and making them temporarily available free of charge. In the meantime, the first sets have been put into use and the demand for a permanent solution has arisen. This is now possible under the name Saam!
Different solutions with video calling
In addition to a large number of sets temporarily on loan free of charge from Prestop at large nursing homes, there is now a growing demand for a permanent solution. Now, this possibility is also offered under the name Saam. There are different types of solutions available that make video calls in nursing homes easy and that put as little burden on the staff of these care institutions as possible.
Saam also provides support for the financing of these solutions. In cooperation with the Buddies of Saam it is possible to set up an own savings campaign with which all stakeholders of a nursing home or care institution can work together towards a savings goal.
