On February 9 and February 11, our product specialists will give live streaming demos of our click & collect \ curbside pick up solution and the solutions for streamlining visits to the store / pickup location / warehouse, etc.
Click & collect \ curbside pick up
With this solution, the customer can indicate that he / she is outside and wants to pick up an order. By scanning a QR code, a site is opened where the customer can indicate that he / she wishes to pick up a package and by entering an order number the retailer knows which package.
Another possibility is that the customer indicates via a column with a touchscreen that he / she wants to pick up a package. After entering the order number, a ticket is printed and the user can follow via a screen when the package can be picked up at the drop-off point.
Of course QR and the ticket printer can be combined.
The QR user can follow on his / her mobile when it is his / her turn or via a display set up behind the shop window. The person who has a paper ticket can follow on the screen when it is his / her turn. The QR solution is of course also possible if the customer has to stay in the car. By specifying the parking space in addition to the order number, the retailer knows which car it can be taken to.
Visitor access counter management system
To ensure that an appropriate number of people enter your store, pick up point or company, Prestop has a solution that is very easy to implement and manage.
Many shops and companies use the security guards present to regulate the number of people in the building. Our cost-effective automated solution relieves our own staff.
Our system automatically counts incoming and outgoing people and indicates via displays when the maximum capacity has been reached and the visitor has to wait.
Queue management
This system is designed to manage queues outside a store, virtually and without physical contact. With our solution we want to contribute to a safe and fair way of access without creating a queue. It does not matter whether customers come on foot, by bicycle or car and whether or not they have a smartphone. Everyone can bring their virtual ticket with them during this pandemic and wait for their turn safely in their own space and even in the car.
With this solution, the customer can indicate whether the customer wants to visit the store, pick up or return a package or go to the repair counter. By scanning a QR code, a site is opened where the customer can indicate the purpose of the visit.
Another possibility is that the customer does this via a column with a touchscreen. After entering the choice, a ticket is printed and the user can follow via a screen when he / she is allowed to enter the store.
Of course, QR and the ticket printer can be combined.
The QR user can follow on his / her mobile when it is next or via a display set up behind the shop window. The person holding a paper ticket can follow the screen when it is his turn.
