Self-service guidance at airports
Our interactive kiosks, strategically placed at airports, allow passengers to check flight information, view maps and find answers to frequently asked questions. For more complex questions or additional assistance, passengers can initiate a video call with airport staff. If needed, a mobile service agent can provide on-site support.

Schiphol Aviation Solutions recently published a case study on the challenges, solutions and results they experienced at Hamad International Airport in Qatar. Prestop and Schiphol provided the entire airport with self-service units.
Order kiosks for airport retail stores
Our order kiosks for airport retail stores allow passengers to make purchases easily and quickly, even during busy periods. Travelers can view, order, and pay for products, and if they do not want or cannot physically take the purchases with them, they can choose to have the products delivered directly to their home address in their home country. This provides a flexible and convenient shopping experience while increasing store sales.
