Prestop introduces queue management solutionWednesday 13 May 2020
In order to properly regulate the visitors to the shop, restaurant, hairdresser's salon, etc., Prestop recently delivered a queue management solution. Initial setups at two retailers have shown that visitors without a verbal explanation understand how to obtain a ticket and how to see when to access the location.
While waiting, visitors do not have to queue up. To ensure that they can follow the number display on their mobile phone as well as the serial numbers on screens, we have included a number of products in our range and developed them ourselves.
Multiple combinations possible
For example, there are two types of digital pavement boards, one of which runs on batteries. There are also high brightness screens available that can be placed behind the window. These screens can also be built into outdoor kiosks, but are also an excellent solution in information kiosks.
Another unique feature is our own Stop & Go system. Two sensors can be set up so that they can also "look around the corner". If you get green, you know that the road is clear. If you get red, you have to take a moment to adjust the position.
Interactive Experience Center.
Prestop has the largest Interactive Experience Center in Europe. Also now you are welcome in our Interactive Experience Center, at Ekkersrijt 4611 in Son en Breugel. We also give digital tours via Skype, Zoom or Teams. Via more than 16 webcams we let you watch live and let you "walk with" our specialists through our Interactive Experience Center. The images are shown live via multiple camera positions and you can ask questions directly from home. Questions about our interactive solutions, but also how we see the future.
